Let's see... Scarred takes place about 6-8 weeks after Celebrate Life. Ron moves in a couple weeks after that. Well, he spends the night. Then he spends another night. Then he goes home. Then he spends the weekend. At which point staying at home seems stifling so he goes home, picks up a few things, then only drops by every now and again to pick up more things he left at home. The "moving in" process takes the better part of a month.
The part about Draco making Ron his heir doesn't happen until a good eight months after that.
