In other countries, the courts have upheld the right to written, fictional pornography of these sorts. I doubt with the composition of the US Supreme Court now that it would happen here, HOWEVER, I think that legality and prosecutionability of people on the internet is a troubling enough bugbear for law enforcement that fandom should pause before panicking.
