Yeah, adding shipping charges and VAT to the price of the book means that if I ordered it from Amazon.co.uk, which sells DH for about the same price as Amazon.com, I'd have to pay around 22 euros for it. The difference is small enough that I'd rather buy DH from my local bookshop and get it the day it's published rather than wait for several days. I'm enough of a HP whore to want to do that. :-)
