Summer's are usually in the 70-80s here, with temps spiking in our apartment. But normally I'm either:

a) working in an office until late, when temps have dropped (and WG has often advised me to stay at the office an extra hour or two to avoide the worst of it) or --
b) home in it all day, so I'm used to it. I probably started off dehydrated, too.

I'm going to try that washcloth trick on Monte kitty.
