SGA Big Bang: Oh god, I hope this doesn't suck.

I'm in that midway stage on my Atlantis Big Bang where I'm very afraid the story is awful. This is compounded by the fact that it thrown together in much the same way I throw dirty clothes into the laundry.

I'm waiting to hear from the people I've sent the work-in-progress to, greatly afraid that the reason I've heard nothing is because it sucks, sucks in a sloppy "I can't see it" kind of way -- and they don't know to say.

I shouldn't have asked for beta help yet. I can't write now until I know what's going on. I should have finished the first complete draft first. It's so unfinished, such a collection of raw, unfinished scenes, some of them barely above chat transcripts, that I should not have asked for beta help until I at least put them in order....

It's not that bad, is it? Guys?
