My muse has temporarily petered out. Tired, perhaps. Real Life worries intruding, perhaps. Lazy, perhaps.

I currently have a Ron-fixation. There are too few Ron stories out there. Does anyone know of any good ones?

I've read 'Drunk' of course, Aspen's exquisite 'Confection Carnage', anything else? Loved Nimori's Ron, 'though he has such a tiny role. I offered 'Sweet Hypocrisy' as a thank you on the altar of 'well-characterized believable Rons'. Nimori had already read it, but shares my love of unexpected pairings. (Snape/Harry used to be unexpected.)

Speaking of which...I read a terrific post Hogwarts Hermione/George porn at RS.org. I don't usually go for Het (to put it mildly, I believe I get jealous of the female counterpart) but... http://www.restrictedsection.org/load/story.shtml?/6/anight.html

My Beta, CLS, is in Europe till after Valentine's Day. So I worry and chew at details in 'Primer to the Dark Arts' but can't post my changes to the story. I've listened to Telanu's suggestion that it was a little sudden at points.

Rec'd another review of the pre-Beta 'Primer' on ff.net. Another request to write 'Snape Manor.' Hmm.

Maya's Flame and Shadow at the restricted section is my fave Ron fic. However, it's het (Ron/Pansy) so you may not care for it.

You know, I think you put your finger on why I hate Snape/Hermione so much. I think I'm just jealous.

I'll check out Flame and Shadow. After all, I was originally a strict Harry/Ron shipper... until I tasted Harry/Snape. Yum. And who would've believed I'd like Hermione/George. Man, it's all the writer, isn't it?

Oh. Oh. Oh. Yes, I liked Flame and Shadow. A suitably 'Ron' fic. I admit, I throw things when I'm mad. Once threw a platter out a 3rd story window. I'm not jealous of Pansy, I totally relate to her. *grins*

I sent Maya a suitably slobbering review. I like feeding people's review addictions, especially since NC-17 gets fewer reviews than most, and unusual pairings are particularly scarce.
