Blinking at Lorne, the most stubborn man alive.
Working on the John Screws Up story. I'm promising myself I'll have it done today. (I'm ignoring the fact that I have a third still to write and it's 9,000 words already.)
Huh. Lorne is stubborn. He just dug in his heels, won't do what I want in the story, and while he'll follow Weir's orders he's made his feelings about them pretty clear. He's a hairbreadth away from telling her to never ask him to check up on John again.
"Sheppard's gonna wonder why I didn't tell him about this."
"You're under orders, Major," she said firmly.
"Yeah, that's gonna matter," Lorne muttered.
