Smooshed. Hey, kitty, move over.

I have an entire seven foot couch.

How my cat manages to squish me into one corner of it, I have no idea.

In other news: [livejournal.com profile] wildernessguru has never been bowling. This sad lack in his American-ness is being remedied tomorrow.

Now. I will read my homework. I will write a chapter of Out Of Bounds (had to throw away the most recent one -- sorry. It sucked.) And I will stop shaking the internet for the next ep of Stargate Atlantis.

*shakes the internet one more time*

Oh, man. I keep doing that.

Don't know why. It's not like I'm not six (seven?) episodes behind anyway...

It's just something undone. Must start the torrent before bed... must start...

*shakes the internet yet again*

I don't know what it is about small, furry quadrupeds that makes them channel their weight on Jupiter when they get on the bed.

Cats: masters of the space-time continuum.

He's a cat, it's his natural duty to take up more space than possible under the laws of physics

I have a 6 lb. Manx. Should be harmless. Yet there are no surfaces in the house that belong to me, and am allowed to use unsupervised. They all belong to Cujo...and Cujo protects what is her own. Cats are like that.

I'm with WG...I've never gone bowling and I figure I can live a long time without it. Guy-like, he'll probably love it.

I once (unwisely) let Zachias-next-door come in on a cold winter evening. After very cautiously sniffing the lintel and deciding that it was relatively safe to come in, he decided he rather liked the place. I tried to shoo him out, but he went limp on me.

One five-pound cat should not have been that heavy. I swear he added at least fifteen extra pounds from hammerspace.

We've named that phenomena: "lead Fred."

They can do the opposite, too.

Insta-levitate!

Smooshed. Hey, kitty, move over.

So true about the cats!

Still looking forward to more "Out Of Bounds!"
Love, max

Hah, yes, the furry sofa hoggers! And you get the dirtiest looks trying to crowd them back... or just sitting down somewhere in the general vicinity :).
