First lines of my last 20 stories:
1. John batted one of the airplane mobiles away from his face.
2. His scores echoed throughout the rink, loud and unintelligible like an airport announcement, canceling each other out while young skaters scoured the ice for thrown flowers and dropped gloves.
3. John never did this when the rest of the team was here, or if they had a complement of Marines.
4. The fire crackled, sending up a few sparks as a log shifted and settled deeper into the embers, hissing softly as it burned off the damp.
5. The door chain rattles as Dean throws the lock on the motel room.
6. The atmosphere in the bar was dense and smoky, smelling of beer, wood, and overripe sweat.
7. Atlantis was on full alert.
8. The rented apartment was tiny and came furnished with the kind of worn, blocky furniture that had the sole benefit of being almost indestructible, even with Dean in the house.
9. "Oh my god, that's hot." Cadman's voice carried through the door of her quarters.
10. It's the rock or tree root digging into John's back that wakes him.
11. He was straight-laced, Lorne was.
12. So, John was a bit of a hero with his men.
13. John stops whatever he's doing to listen to the Athosian kids, crouching down beside them as the Marines and Rodney roll their eyes impatiently, puddlejumper hovering in the background.
14. "You're a Republican?!"
15. She saw the wave out of the corner of her eye and suppressed the temptation to ignore it.
16. It was the only way Rodney could get John to bottom.
17. The bay doors clanged against the hull, a controlled crash.
18. Daniel curled up on his bed and smelled Jack's after shave on his pillow… and didn't know what he thought about that.
19. Two weeks since his request and not a word from Sheppard.
20. A creamy smooth leg slid up John's side, her calf skimming down his ass and the back of his thigh.

But truth be told, they're ALL great (well, the Stargate ones, I don't read the other fandoms...but since you wrote them, I'm sure they're fabulous!).
