I'm under orders from Dr. WG that I not move around and type. I am allowed to lay down, read fanfic, and use the mouse.

He's allowing me this one short post.

Remember to get fiber somehow--I used mushy raisin bran (it's pleasantly sweet after sitting in the milk long enough to get mushy). Obviously you can't eat the raisins, but it's still good stuff. Also oatmeal.

98 lbs? Are you serious? Good golly, you area tiny creature. I can count all my ribs at 140.
