McKay destroys 5/6ths of a solar system, or a 10 billion dollar supercollider, whichever comes first
McKay destroys 5/6ths of a solar system.
Okay, actually, the world's largest supercollider has been damaged. But it seems the sort of thing McKay would wreck early in his career. "What do you mean, it wasn't designed to run fourteen hours at a crack? What sort of shoddy workmanship is that? Just what do you get for ten billion dollars these days?"
In other news, I am completely hooked on The Ventures. If you ask nicely, I'll upload one of the tracks not listed on their album, which I think is their best. "The Cruel Sea" is far too short.

And after listening to the samples on amazon, I'll ask very nicely indeed for anything you'll choose to put up by these guys. That music is fun.

And shoddy workmanship will get you every time. Years of work and cost on something this scientifically important and ya can't be bothered to check *everything* 10 times over? I sure as hell would've, just to keep from looking like an idiot if for no other reason.
Besides, I was looking forward to the mini-black holes.
And the Ventures dominate!
