Pushing forward on Out Of Bounds.

Not getting enough done on Out Of Bounds. It's moving, but moving slowly. (Okay, Christmas will slow down anything.)

I'm setting a word count minimum. I've decided to stop thinking of the story in terms of scenes. I've done too much "finish a scene, pant, pant, take a break... finish a scene" etc. Good way to do it when I'm busy, not so good when I could keep going.

I've actually been really impressed with your discipline. If the scene approach works for you in pushing forward, I don't know that you should feel bad about it. (Thought I understand what you're saying, I think, that you could do more, faster?)

I have a sort of unfinished huge WIP in my other fandom that I feel guilty about and yet haven't done anything on in ages. So again, I'm impressed, however you do it.:)

it's a little too intense for me, even the gentle version, but for nanowrimo, thousands of people swore by it.
