I can count more:

1a - Even though I was late this morning, neither Linda nor Sandra were mad at me.
1b - When Nicki barked and barked at me, Kennedy (bulldog and my friend) came to my defense.
2 - I made it to my prayer shift.
3 - The 21 Tara accumulation for Fukushima is growing. Now easily at 14,000 of 100k.
4 - Cats. In general.
5 - Athena is happy and well-cared for. Folks, this is going to be one spoiled cat.
6 - And four snoozy cats in particular.

Oh and --

7 - My friend Andrea is still alive. Definitely a plus.

And-! Well, this could go on for a while.

I like that too. Most of the time, I'm pretty good with where I am, but sometimes taking a step back and just acknowledging all the blessings makes a huge difference for lifting my spirits.

I was surprised at how much it helped. I often get kind of whiny, 'specially when I'm tired.
