(no subject)

My muse has temporarily petered out. Tired, perhaps. Real Life worries intruding, perhaps. Lazy, perhaps.

I currently have a Ron-fixation. There are too few Ron stories out there. Does anyone know of any good ones?

I've read 'Drunk' of course, Aspen's exquisite 'Confection Carnage', anything else? Loved Nimori's Ron, 'though he has such a tiny role. I offered 'Sweet Hypocrisy' as a thank you on the altar of 'well-characterized believable Rons'. Nimori had already read it, but shares my love of unexpected pairings. (Snape/Harry used to be unexpected.)

My Beta, CLS, is in Europe till after Valentine's Day. So I worry and chew at details in 'Primer to the Dark Arts' but can't post my changes to the story. I've listened to Telanu's suggestion that it was a little sudden at points.

Rec'd another review of the pre-Beta 'Primer' on ff.net. Another request to write 'Snape Manor.' Hmm.

...I've got a hit. The little relief-fics I wrote while penning blatant sleaze for the RS.org fic-drive were just posted on FictionAlley. They went up at the same time.

Thirty reviews in one day. So far. In a matter of hours. Bloody hell...

Kids are really, really good about leaving reviews. I'm making a concerted effort to improve my review habits, starting now.
