Now for something cheerful

Okay, okay, I confess. I quietly finished the prologue of Snape Manor (CLS did her usual excellent job at beta reading) and posted it here.

It's not up at Fiction Alley or anywhere else yet (it's too short for FA and I have to finish chapter one).

Someone who'd never heard of Primer to the Dark Arts liked it. I breathe a sigh of relief.

I responded: read the fucking summary next time. "Student, tall, beater's build.." Okay, maybe not quite beater's build, he was close enough. Ron Weasley places a personal ad and lies shamelessly about himself and his 'assets.' His date does the same.
