It's amazing how much you accomplish at 2am...

The house was quiet, the windows dark. I had told myself "go to bed" for the tenth time in an hour, knowing I wouldn't listen. I'd spent so much time online I feared my eyes would glow blue when I glanced up from the screen.

The soft tapping sound was all but imperceptible to me, lost in the virtual world, working on my website. This internet world becomes three dimensional and more real than what my senses tell me when I get like this.

1:00 am...

- Beg Me For It soundtrack added. I went back to my former blue background for this page, and I really need a website that's less dark. I'm not really a dark person.

2:03 am...

- In a fit of insanity I posted four HP stories I've written in the past couple months, Catharsis, The Luckiest Man Alive, One Thousand Reasons, and the previously unpublished Epilogue to The Hat Trick. Because my site is where I post everything "no matter what." Which means I still need to post that Percy/Rita piece.

2:35 am...

I finally stumbled into bed to have wildernessguru curl around me, muttering something about "...staying up too late honey...."

But we all do this, don't we?
