Chanting... Oh, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas... dieties of creativity, obstacle makers and troublesome thoughts... come gather for the Sang offering...

*Icarus throws grain alcohol into the fire -- it flares up -- does mudras of offering and rings a bell with the mantra of Vajrasattva*

... accept these offerings off utmost purity of wisdom and rainbow light, non-dual, vaster than space....

*Icarus throws sugar --FOOM!-- and spice --HISSsss!-- the three sweet and the three white offerings --flour burns and sparkles-- throw oreo cookies and junior mints into the fire*

... may all obstacles and suffering vanish into non-dual wisdom nature, burnt by the flames of the Sang offering...

*More cedar branches are dumped on a fire that could be seen from a satellite, billowing with clouds of blue smoke*

... remove all obstructions to the work begun here.

*Chants: OM AH HUNG OM AH HUNG OM AH HUNG OM AH HUNG OM AH HUNG OM AH HUNG...*

*Protector prayers and offerings.*

*Everything vanishes into space.*

Dedication: may all sentient beings achieve the same state of enlightment as Samantabhadra... may the victims of Katrina be freed of the various negative circumstances causing them harm... may all obstacles to finishing mandala be lifted... may the friends-list be vastly entertained and happy and free from writers' block... may WG be free from suffering...

... and may this Lucius Gen story finally be written.
