I was booting myself in the rear for how little I've written this year. So I made a list:

The Hat Trick Ron, mostly Gen (Ron/Hermione). Quidditch, Corruption and Gambling.

Cursed Artefacts For Sale Harry/Snape, Humour. Snape drags Harry to a wizarding auction.

Here Again Percy/Arthur A very bewildered Arthur the morning after.

Council of Obvious Edicts Percy/Harry Written for the Percyfest. Harry sneaks Percy into a high-level meeting.

Reunion (chapters 3-5) The attempt at a plausible MPreg continues. *smirk*

An Elegant Man Percy/Lucius A slow seduction doesn't go quite as planned.

It looks a lot better than I imagined, once it was on paper. Last year I put out a story a week throughout February and March, and wrote Primer to the Dark Arts in Nov/Dec - but at the time I was out of work and sick. So it's not a fair comparison.

My little brother is brilliant and a great artistic talent (not to mention an excellent writer and storyteller. And musician). But he's been ill his entire adult life and unable to do anything with it. He works sporadically as he can.

I also have a friend who's working on his Masters, and is probably the most intelligent person I know. But he's very passive and unsure of himself so is working as a janitor for the school he never left.

I know other highly intelligent people with advanced degrees who are working secretarial jobs after they discovered they hated teaching. They bounce from one unhappy career to another.

I know another man who didn't finish high school who does what he loves and is highly successful running his own business.

I take intelligence with a grain of salt. It's passion that matters, doing what you care about and putting your all into it.

Thanks. It's not as much as I want to be doing though. *boot, boot* But it's better than I thought. Somehow I thought I'd just put out maybe 4 stories and about 4-5 drabbles. I forgot about some of these.

I have two kitties. Tipper (in icon) - a basic domestic shorthair with a light tip on her tail and Jerry the Wondercat - a fuzzy Himalayan who is as pretty as he is ornery.

Hands down, my favorite is Cursed Artifacts for Sale. I laughed really hard through the whole thing. It was just a great little random glimpse into the life of Snape and Harry. Now if you'll just keep working on Snape Manor!...
