Livejournal Wipeout?
Sep. 14th, 2004 08:46 amAh hell. My custom friendsgroup, the group that said they were interested in my Buddhist stuff, my "check for updates on WIPs" group, my
hp_dungeons authors friendsgroup -- all gone.
Over 200 memories (almost entirely fics) -- all gone. Fortunately I've included most of my Percy fics on the Percyfest site. But everything else, especially those Ron Ficathon recs?
Shit.
On another front... I keep having this extremely sensual image of Percy in an MPreg (don't look at me like that, I don't like MPregs either), where, in the very early stages Percy is stretched out on the couch, devouring this apple, completely wrapped up in eating it like it's the best thing ever. Licking the juice from his fingers as if not to miss any, little sighs and murmurs, absolutely content. His lover watches in amazement, at later tries to explain why this was so strange, because Percy doesn't enjoy food like this. He might say something tastes good, but he talks over dinner and you could feed him sand for all he notices.

Date: 2004-09-14 09:39 am (UTC)Huh. That's ... seriously irritating, and it's not like I've been around long enough on LJ for it to make it a crushing blow for me. Goodness knows what the damage is like for people who've had a journal for several years.

Date: 2004-09-14 10:15 am (UTC)I have to admit, the way I discovered this problem was in my saving your favourite novel-length fic-recs. It's the only memory I have left! (On the other hand, if there's only one memory I want to save, it's that one.)

Date: 2004-09-14 10:38 am (UTC)I am weeping bitterly. In between cries of rage and curses at LJ, of course.

Date: 2004-09-14 10:51 am (UTC)Actually, for a free-to-very-inexpensive service, LJ's pretty good.

Date: 2004-09-14 11:05 am (UTC)I have sort of broken my mental block on writing The Sex, by the way. It's pretty mild at the moment, but I'm getting there.
(Sorry, I deleted this and re-posted it because something odd happened with the LJ link.)
