Awww, I'd love to see that Season 2 DVD. I understand what you mean now--yeah, I'd totally buy that he had a little crush on RDA. That sounds so cute.
And no, they don't have outtakes on the Season 7 DVD, as far as I know--it's just a behind the scenes thing. (bummer). I can't seem to find the download now, I'll have to try and download it again.
And Season 8 has been pretty darn slashy, so far in an old-married-couple kind of way, even though they only have a few scenes together. Really very adorable.

Ahhh, I can't remember exactly, it's in some of the DVD commentaries. Usually someone joking around. I'm quite sure they're all aware of it. It's been mentioned by CJ and MS during cons (CJ: You mean Jack and Daniel *aren't* doing it?).
