Let's cancel the war in Iraq, and send all our troops and the money being spent there to help in Thailand, India, Indonesia, and so forth.

There's plenty of money to help these people.

Good idea!
There are no better disaster relief people than the Army Corps of Engineers of the USA. No better emergency medical crews than the MASH units, and no better sher ingenuity and bravery than teh hard core Marines for rescues.

Now, let see if the people in charge can get behind the idea...
