No, actually, that one's quite long. Perhaps a little shorter than Jericho. This one popped up yesterday, and because my Philosophy class was cancelled I was able to blow it out in a day.
Well, even if they're not coming as fast as you'd like, you are getting something in writing. That's cool.
The stories are coming fast and furious. It's my time to write them that's been a problem. I counted yesterday, and I have 19 unwritten fics sketched out in my notes (some of them so thoroughly they just need to be fleshed out on paper, the dialogue, setting, everything's there). Working and going to school is just taking an obscene amount of time. 13 hours a week of work. 15 hours a week in class. 5 hours a week commuting. 15-25 hours a week reading for my classes, then there's homework, and 3 hours a week in outside multi-media for one of my classes.
Phew. A 50-hour week is a light week with no written homework. But I'll keep plugging away. I may have to do the longer ones like I did Jericho, in itty-bitty pieces.
All I seem to be able to manage is smut. I've churned out 1 a week for 5 weeks, though, so I'm feeling some sort of accomplishment, even if it is all kinda edgie porn.
*raises hand* I'll take some porn. Porn is good! Wow, you sound busy. I've put myself in exactly that over-committed signed-up-for-every-challenge kind of position. Heh. :D
