Jack and Daniel Fic-a-thon

Now that I have your attention... *clears throat.* Everyone, today's the last day for the Jack/Daniel Fic-a-thon, and let me tell you, there are some really cool requests. Really, really cool (for example, someone requested Jack's Black!Ops history coming back to haunt the SGC).

Very imaginative sign-ups.

The Jack and Daniel Fic-a-thon is the mainstay of the Stargate SG-1 fandom and, if you'll recall my "how to enter a new fandom" speech a number of weeks ago, it's a great way to get your feet wet.

I'm begging Jen to let me join in and be a little late (finals, my niece is graduating, relatives will be swarming, all at the end of June, cancer scare putting me behind now, there's no way I can make June 1).


ETA: Oh. The deadline's June 16th. Never mind, that's doable.

ETA2: If you're burnt on the pairing, don't slam the Fic-A-Thon, the challenges, or its participants. Just admit you're burnt and don't play.
