Well, y'know, given the MySpace thing (http://www.nytimes.com/2007/05/22/technology/22myspace.html?_r=1&oref=slogin) this week, I think you weren't completely out there worrying.
I'd maintain that it might not be a bad idea to worry about underage and chan stuff (though I really wish rape and incest and other things where the *fiction* has not been found prosecutable, would not be thrown in there)...
