Tampax don't leak at all for me. They're a perfect fit -- or rather, they were. I suspect that anything called a "cup" is going to be too big. Right now I'm tired, cranky, crabby, my lower back hurts, my energy is low, and I have a headache. "Trying to shove unfamiliar object up my crotch" is not high on my list. I just want my old Tampax to fit, damn it.
