I *always* have that problem with belts.
You have to tighten them so much that you're left with too much over and then - to make matters worse - it *just* falls between two belt loops so it gets in the way.

I'm hoping that he had to grow it for a role. If I recall correctly, he bitched a lot about the one he grew for Epiphany, so I don't think it's by choice. Of course, the whole mountain man look goes better with his typical con gear of plaid shirt and jeans...

It's an icon by samjack_girl. What's really insane is that I'm pretty sure that he's in the Atlantis uniform there. I've been noticing that in S1 when they shaved him every 5 minutes he looked really baby-faced and young.
