After last night's spike in votes for [livejournal.com profile] legomymalfoy, [livejournal.com profile] jameth has kept pace with [livejournal.com profile] legomymalfoy all afternoon. If we added RM and Legomymalfoy's current votes together and split them exactly in half, then our fandom candidates would only lead Jameth by 50 votes.

That's divvying up the current 5,000 votes. If 14,000 people in fandom vote for the two of them, then it won't matter which candidate we pick of those two, both will pass Jameth. So the main priority is to get out the vote. We can always change our minds.

A coworker on the LJ Abuse team says that she has a non-disclosure agreement that prevents her from discussing [livejournal.com profile] legomymalfoy's efforts behind the scenes during strikethrough (she didn't mention boobgate), but she supports [livejournal.com profile] legomymalfoy's candidacy wholeheartedly.

Personally, I like them both as candidates. But I don't want to see them cancel each other out.

Massive fandom voting. That's the answer.
