I second Copperbadge's All This Time (and wish he would write faster) and Tradescant's Fidelius. I haven't read much Marauder-era fic, so I can't comment on those. I like Snape, and I don't like how the Gryffs treated him back when, so I am not that interested in that period.
I'll try to read some of the other stories I haven't read yet.
