the whole music thing is like how when i put my feet on the floor of my 2nd story apartment, its vibrating with some kind of techno being blasted by my downstairs neighbors. at the very least, when they're blasting it under my room at 1am, and i'm getting ready for bed, i just knock on the floor loudly, and they turn it down to a bearable level.
