icarus(pant, pant) Trying to get some serious work done on this story while I have the day off. Skipped the fireworks tonight and am being somewhat irresponsible with Things I Should Be Doing.
But so far (bearing in mind I had 12% done this am, and 0% done three days ago) --
8848 / 40000 words. 22% done!
Thank you toenname who stayed up until she dropped (in Paris 2am her time) to help me straighten out some very, very vague things with my outline. She also dealt with my Utterly Lame Ending.
And she helped me develop the Dragon Games. Always a good thing.
Off to write some more.
