As expected with a writer of Aspen's versatility (cough), write-ins were still pouring in up until the 11th hour. It was still a close race between Mockingbird and Daisy!Draco, but the winner is:

If That Mockingbird Won't Sing

... with 14 votes.

Daisychain!Draco came in a close second with 11 votes.
Though the write-in Quicksilver put up a valiant fight in a late-starting surge with 6 votes.
Confection Carnage came in fourth with 4.

And the write-ins! Just to display the sheer range, I'll put in the pairings:
You're Sixteen, (You're Beautiful, And You're Mine) garnered 3 votes. Harry/Sirius
Bittersweet 2 votes. Harry/Cedric.
Close Kept 2 votes. Harry/Cedric
Just A Boy 1 vote (with a wrestling over the options). Harry/Snape.
Into The Fire 1 vote. Harry/Snape.
Eight Days A Week 1 vote. Draco/Arthur.

Ahh!! I missed it. But I would have voted for Mockingbird anyway, so that's okay. ;)

I'm surprised! I used to not hear a thing about that fic but it seems like it's belatedly popular.

Thanks for, um, having me? Haha. Not like that. Don't be naughty.

I suspect it's one of those naughty, guilty secrets, where people were reading and re-reading all along.

A Harry/Snape/Ron story I wrote for the Sleazy Fic Drive, Unexpected Guest, I don't think I've ever received a single review. But every now and then while people are reviewing something else, they'll sheepishly confess to reading it many, many times. In small print. Clearing their throats.

Thanks for, um, having me? Haha.

You're welcome *snickers.* This is fun and interesting. I've been surprised at some of the results. Though not this one.

Oh. I'm sorry you missed it. :( I posted it yesterday morning. I'm trying to do one of these per day, and give everyone 24 hours to respond.

In fact. It's time to do my next one. >:D

Snape's the local hero hereabouts (points to f-list) and has the home court advantage. ;)
