fandom_scruples once again has her wires crossed, quoting COPA, the censorship law That Is Not Law. It was struck down by the Supreme Court.

Not once. Not twice. But three times now (1997, 2002 and 2003).

The most recent comments:
"... the law violates the First Amendment because it improperly restricts access to a substantial amount of online speech that is lawful for adults. The decision follows a Supreme Court decision that sent the case back to the appeals court, which had previously ruled that COPA was unconstitutional."

As a voting adult, I applaud the Supreme Court decision.
