The point being that Mr Sneaky Heating Bastard has the heat cranked to pass the 'test' (that really belongs in quotes), and the normal 20 degree spread in our 450 sq ft apartment is:
Livingroom: 68 degrees Bedroom: 50 degrees
And that makes one chilly morning. It's also illegal in the city of Seattle to allow building temp to go below 64 degrees. I know this because I used to be a property assistant.
