Ron's worst nightmare had come true. No. Not his worst nightmare. This was something that he had never even imagined. Lavender Brown fluttered at him over the breakfast table.

"Oooo, your brother such a woooonderful kisser," she cooed. "And he was promoted just last week -- he's very important to the Ministry."

Ron snorted.

"Hmph. You're just jealous because you'll never earn seventeen N.E.W.Ts." The morning onslaught of owls mercifully cut her short. But not for long. Squeal! "Look, everyone! Another owl from my Percy. And some roses. He's such a romantic." She looked Ron disparagingly up and down. "It's a wonder you're from the same family."

As she sauntered away waving her latest 'love letter,' Ron muttered to Harry. "She got that right."

Oh well. I tried.

*Stares at list.* Cool! I'm still trying to catch up to Sushi, but that's not bad for 14 months of writing. A huge number of them were written in Feb/Mar of last year. I was running out of time off to write and had all these stories sketched out, so I scrambled and was putting out two or three a week at the same time CLS and I were Beta'ing Primer To The Dark Arts. Now I'm writing at a much more sedate pace.
