Whoa!

Read The Hat Trick. Story runs a magnificent arc, then leaps into space. Found myself sucked in wholly. It began as an amusing look at the future, Ron and Hermoine coupled, Harry a satyrous rake. Like watching another episode of "Friends" unfold. Then the sinister current of Ron's obsession began to rise and I began to worry about him. Then I began to scroll faster, wishing it was a longer story. On the other hand it would have cost me sleep because I'd never have been able to put it down until it was done.

I've thought it before (on the car post), but don't think I've ever said it: Your dad is adorable!

I, however, would have died had my dad found one of my stories (I'm assuming your dad is well-informed of your fandom proclivities, yes?). I don't care which one. Even the first year Dennis Creevey gen fic based off the Beatles song. Heh.

I was really nervous when I sent him 'First Signs Of Magic: Hermione Granger,' but when his wife liked it too? Wow. She doesn't particularly like me (we never clicked) and is very picky, so that was just... affirmation like you wouldn't believe. Now I'm comfortable with sending him my stuff.

Er. The Gen stuff. I'm certainly not comfortable with sending him anything rated NC-17.

I actually meant to ask you a question, completely unrelated to this. Percy fics...when done, we can just post them to weasleyworship? I saw that one posted there already, but I just wanted to make sure that was kosher.

Yes. I was going to set up my own community for this, but when I heard of weasleyworship being formed, I decided to kill two birds with one stone asked everyone to post their stories there. So that the readers aren't asked to read 71 stories in one day, you can post your fic there anytime between now and April 30th. Do please let me know when you post your story though, so I can announce it here, too.

On April 30th/May 1st I will post a list of all the stories in my LJ.
