The most recent chapter of Procul His, the discussion between Lupin and Snape, is the most powerful chapter of this fic so far. A truly intimate and intense close-up of emotional instability and confusion. Hats off to alchemia and bugland for perceptiveness, and a heart-felt thank you for posting so many chapters one after another.

I hope I haven't given too much information there. It's just... when Snape starts... talking about liking to just watch the back of Harry's head... and then his mind does these left turns, trying not to face it, cracking. Ahhhhhhhh.

I think what's happening is that Snape and Harry are unintentionally forming that bond. But by comforting Harry, is Snape the one in the position of initiate?

I'm glad you agree with me about the discussion between Lupin and Snape. While reading Procul His tends to involve a lot of emotional reaction from me anyway, I don't believe I blinked or breathed during that chapter, it was wonderful.
