Does anyone know anything about FTP protocols?
I was trying to show a friend the process for updating a website and upload a corrected page at the Percyfest -- and I'm getting a login failure. It says "authentication failed."

and_love at Muse-Wanted, and so far haven't had any luck.
ETA:and_love contacted me to let me know that a hacker had been using my account, so she deleted my login and password. We put in a new password, et al.
Eep. And I'm changing all my passwords.
