Snape/Percy - oh.
Dec. 7th, 2004 10:10 amER sent me a link this morning.
"Don't know if this is on your usual haunts, but I saw Out Of Hand and thought you might enjoy..."
I have missed my Japanese class.
But it was worth it. Because now I can send you some fine Percy/Snape from
atrata.
Percy is properly smug, arrogant and superior, his justifications as solid as brick, his actual motivations are (as ever) opaque to himself. Snape deflates that arrogance so easily. And that is the joy of Percy/Snape, n'est pas? Percy is so outmatched. Yet his persistence...
Oh yes, the story has some S&M and 'shocking abuse of a wand.' But it's the characterisations that really make it fly.
ETA: corrected minor grammatical sloppiness.
