From cedarlibrarian: Dr. Who fans: Put away those knitting needles or else.

I still have the entire first and second season of Dr. Who sitting here, waiting to be watched. But you have to have respect a fandom that knits its favorite characters.

I have Stargate Atlantis chevron socks (thank you, wyomingnot!) but a whole character? Not even needlepoint.

In the meantime, my Out Of Bounds characters and I need to have a little memorial day chat.

The mind control powers of Monte kitty.

So I was busy thinking about something. Kitty came over and gave me a pleading look. Led me to the kitchen.

I opened the fridge, got out his kitty food, and mid-way through dishing it out--

--I looked at the clock.

Wait. It's 4 o'clock. He doesn't get fed until 5.

He sat there at my feet, waiting, tail waving back and forth. His food was in my hands.

Okay. He gets fed early today.

The fandom turnout has been tepid, with only 5,000 around votes cast. Ohnotheydidnt has a list of 40,000 watchers.

Maybe you think this is a cardboard badge. Maybe you don't care.

But if you look at the comments in jameth's post and in ohnotheydidnt, jameth's pals are anti-fandom.
