I've downloaded all the posts for interimminister and niko_molokov.

Does anyone know a way to save comments? Percy's journal wasn't as comment-driven as some, but there's some good stuff in there. Hmm.

Why have those journals been deleted!?!

I do have some old posts on backing up journals from the time of the January outage. Were those accounts paid? Because some only apply to paid accounts, though. Anyway, I'll try to dig them up and you the links.

That would be great if you're willing to do dig those up. There weren't any comments in Niko's journal, so I'd just have to do that for Percy's, mostly for 2003. Neither of the accounts were paid though.
