I knew it was coming. I've had my nose to the grindstone for a solid month and I've been entirely too good.

This never lasts. Eventually I snap.

Sure enough, last night instead of writing my just-how-much-does-Shakespeare-hate-women-essay (my teacher's a sadist) I wrote SGA fic for [livejournal.com profile] sga_flashfic.

Traces Through Time
John/Rodney

Not even a crossover this time. Read. Enjoy. Play.

My rebellion is complete.

Except I still have to write that essay on that loathesome topic. I think my professor doesn't like women, because he's been leaning on this horn since day one.

I have a hard time believing that Shakespeare could have hated women all that much if he was able to write characters like Portia, Beatrice, and Viola.

He loathed them. Women are constantly weak and conniving and cockolding men.

(I don't think you're agreeing with him, I'm just being contrary.)
