I have mentioned how much I hate group presentations, haven't I?
I'm here, but the bus was late, so I was late -- and she's fucking gone.
Groups. I really, really hate groups.
ETA: Okay, that's it. I'm going to go ahead with this presentation as if I were giving it alone. Then, when we can finally meet up, we can see how together the two sections are and if we can file off the edges. I have never had a group presentation go well, ever, and this time it seems that the problem is two busy people.
We met once.
Then the following week she contacted me to postpone our Thursday meeting. I didn't get her message until late, but I agreed, though I doubt she got my message in time. Then we rescheduled for Saturday -- and she had a theatre emergency and I ended up standing in the rain. So we postponed till this Tuesday. She contacted me Tuesday morning and canceled, and we postponed (again) till today.
Augh.

Date: 2006-05-05 03:41 am (UTC)*has two presentations tomorrow. The Group-one is so far from done even without sleeping we'll probably be short on time. Also, not my fault!*

I think it's no coincidence that "group projects" came in vogue right around the same time "department retreats" did in the corporate world. *shoots self*
