wildernessguru's mom is out of the hospital, out of the assisted living facility, and home.
Home sweet home.
She's in good spirits, and WG and I will be going out to see her just as soon as we can. She's not well enough to attend her grand daughter's college graduation come June, but they're planning to video tape it.
She and WG's dad are exhausted.
She's going to be starting chemo in June, so keep her in your thoughts, prayers, mantras, Wiccan... I don't know what Wiccans do, but whatever it is, you too, and thank you.
My mother's divorce settlement was last week. I've tried calling her but can't seem to get through. *crosses fingers*
WG's handled all this a lot better than me, though it helps that he's had a lot of time off this month. And I've just discovered that if you postpone a midterm and some papers you end up having to do a lot more later because you've got to refresh your memory and reread the material. (And I do not need the grief from my presentation partner right now, I really don't.)
