My website is screwed up!

Thanks to outsourcing Earthlink customer service to bloody INDIA, I was told that the folders would be unaffected when they changed to a new product. That was untrue. And the damned thing's not allowing me to change everything back.

For now, access my site through here The Main Page and then click the link waaaaaaaaay down at the bottom that says 'fanfiction'. Ignore the ones that say 'Harry Potter' and 'Lord of the Rings' -- those don't work either.

I lived in India for a while, and they have the worst customer service I've ever encountered anywhere. Those people don't give a damn. They have these great technical colleges, but tech-knowledge is useless if they're too lazy to help. Get this, this afternoon they made up an entire department rather than look up the name of where they were forwarding my complaint!

Earthlink's toast, and I'm writing my Congressman, Jay Inslee, back. I already received a two-page letter from him about his misconstrued comments in the Indian press.

LOL Oh my god. What a farce. I was in Turkey for several years and it is exactly the same way... minus the great technical colleges. Why on Earth did Earthlink do something like that?
