Totally blown away...

I'm at work, so this is going to be brief: Alex has just finished and sent me a copy of her translation of 'Beg Me For It' into Chinese.

It's incredible. Chinese. I printed it out, and I'm adding it to my book today. If anyone would like to read it, she'll be putting it on her website when it's back up, or I can email you a copy.

So you understand spoken Chinese but haven't learned those bazillion characters?

I can't read a word of it, but it sure looks cool. Up at the top there are two sets of characters -- one for Draco and one for Ron. I'd like that on a T-shirt. Heh.

Yeah, me neither. But it's cool, because I know the flow of the story really well, and I can tell from the punctuation where these fascinating characters are in the tale. It looks really neat.

Are you going to continue Reunion sometime? I understand that Beg Me For It and its sequels are your currents projects but I just love that story as well.

I have a plan for Reunion, but it's really something I update as the mood hits me.

I have to be in the mood to carry off the adult characterisation well, you see, and I almost have to switch tracks from Beg Me For It. I don't think I'll touch it until after Beg Me For It is done, because otherwise the characterisation cross-fertilizes.
