Plagiarists must be in season. venivincere's A Lesson Learned has been plagiarized here.

If you have the time, please drop her plagiarist a line to tell her to take it down. You can create an account at Snarry.net, or send her an email at either sexylilbigurl69666@yahoo.com or mikkisumari@livejournal.com. When I was plagiarized people stepped forward, so hopefully everyone will now as well.

venvincere has demanded that she take the story down. Instead, the plagiarist added a line saying "oh, by the way, this is by Venivincere and she needs more encouragement." The plagiarist has refused to take the story down so far, and the snarry.net mods have yet to respond. venvincere has contacted the good people at stop_plagiarism and she has screencaps of the plagiarised fic.

Yes -- there were a few instances where people put a zip file of her stuff on yousendit. I think the real nail in the coffin was when someone started a lj community for the specific purpose of sharing her stories? (IIRC) And that's when she got really peeved.

They may have. I don't remember that, but I know they were doing the whole putting them on filesharing website things. Considering what happened on snarry.net, I don't put it past anyone to do stupid things.
