A Clear and Different Light friendshipper and naye, John/Rodney, a very gentle PG-13

Strange, beautiful, and so AU it's utterly different and therefore unpredictable. Ronon has wings (like all Satedans), Rodney speaks to whales and is learning whale math, John is one of the Fae. And the Wraith, too, are strange, different, and I think scarier in this incarnation. In a way, it reminds me of the unpredictable beauty of steammmpunk's artwork:

You have no idea how happy I will be when I'm all caught up on canon and can actually read fanfic safely again. I just watched "Missing" last night and I am a little desperate to get back into this fandom. (Have been rationing the episodes I brought along on this trip in order to keep myself amused.)
