How do you record a phone interview (assuming you can't do it on your phone)

Helllloooooo, tech savvy friends.

I have a coworker, Anna, who needs to record a telephone interview.

Is there a way to do this in Skype? Or.... I know celtic_tigress has recorded quite a few phone interviews.

I have no idea, and the Skype site tells me more about call forwarding than recording anything.


ETA: Options so far... use a speaker phone and Audacity. There are also apparently specialized Skype recorders. Other suggestions?

I think you need third-party software to record. I know there are programs that bill themselves just to be Skype recorders -- I use Audacity (my audio editor) because I always have calls on speaker phone, but if she's using headphones people may have better solutions for you.

Thank you. I'll suggest Audacity and a speaker phone as an option, but I suspect she won't want to do a speaker phone since she's interviewing her sister's boss, I believe. Something like that.
