The state of the fic:

Out Of Bounds: just finished and added changes to John's short program.

Now writing the choreography of his long.

This is tough, but interesting. I have the theme and some of the general moves. Now I need to draw a map of the arena and diagram John's program.

Oh, John's LP is more than one scene away. More like... *counts* ... eleven scenes. But most of that's been written, there're just transitions and timing to add. Plus a little more build is needed for the short program. I've got a first draft of John's short, but I think I need more of John's competitors to set the scene.

Oh, in my mind scenes =/= chapters because there are long scenes and small scenes and multiple scenes can make a chapter (depending on the length!) .... I'll be sending you lots of good thoughts so the writing goes smoothly and I'm very much looking forward to reading it :).

Also, I read the chapter you posted recently (the one where you said you had to change because of the drawing of the skating order) and I don't remember right now if I reviewed it or not. If I haven't: I love it. Especially how Rodney keeps going on about what a good place it is until John tells him who is skating before him :D that was wonderful.
