I'm borrrrrred, and feel like kicking back ... and writing fic.
Give me one of my own stories, and a time at some point after the end of the story or before the story started, and I'll write you at least 100 words of what happened then, whether it's five minutes before the story begins or ten years in the future.
SGA preferred. First come, first serve. :) Those who reply tonight or before noon eastern time tomorrow are most likely to get a ficlet.
I made homemade chocolate whipped cream (with maple syrup) to dip my raspberries in. And, ah, I just discovered I ate the all the whipped cream without touching a single raspberry.
Raspberry, anyone?

Date: 2011-09-08 11:43 pm (UTC)100 words... I can't think of a story but I have a question.
In any of your Jack/Daniel or John/Rodney stories, have any of them ever broken up? Or hell, even Snape/Harry, Harry/Percy, etc.
BTW, can I have your email address? You can send me a private message, if you like. :)

In the imagined (but never finished) sequel to Primer to the Dark Arts, Snape Manor, Harry stomps out on Snape in a most spectacular (but well-deserved) way. Things don't go well in general, because Snape is obnoxious and unpleasant. But Snape sleeping with his ex Torvald when Torvald has possessed Harry's body, well, that's beyond the pale. Strangely, Harry winds up with Ron, though much changed post-military/Auror-trained Ron. Snape then sues Harry for damage done to Snape Manor (which burned to the ground).
After Walls Of Jericho, Jack breaks it off with Daniel because although Jack's fine with having a relationship, he doesn't want to have a relationship with the guy he's sleeping with. But Daniel, Daniel starts turning it into a "relationship." After they split up, they start acting more like they're in a relationship than they did while they were together.
In truth, that hypothetical answer to Tanlines was just a "the only way it could happen is this" AU answer. I don't see Lorne and John ever getting together in that universe.
Council of Obvious Edicts, Harry and Percy do split up, and Percy is quite peeved about it and holds a grudge. Weasley family reunions become awkward.
Ron/Draco, Beg Me For It universe, yes, they break up many times. They also get back together many times.
Out Of Bounds, John/Rodney stay together. There are some long-distance relationship periods that stress the partnership, but they stick it out.
Colony Atlantis, Jack/Daniel, that's for life.

Date: 2011-09-09 12:31 pm (UTC)Wheeee! *coughs* I mean, I felt pretty sure that I could ask you about this. :)
1. Primer
Hohoho, poor Harry.
Would it be appropriate to say they've come full circle? :)
*laughs* Oh, that snake. I hope Harry won. Or the case got thrown out.
2. Jericho
Eh? Is it because of the whole chain of command thing? That Daniel is a teammate?
*laughs* Aw, they're so doomed in this story, poor things.
3. Tanlines
I see, I see. I was a little confused about this.
4. Edicts
*laughs* Obviously. Oh, Percy.
5.
Aw, the poor traumatised babies.
6.
That's sweet. Good thing too. ;)
Thank you so much. I really enjoyed reading your reply.
